Mediocre place with great pool and view
Pool was good as was the view
Rooms very dated from 1970s. Not a smile from any staff except a very polite on duty security guard who was fine - pillows awful and in the morning piped music is way too loud - starts at 7.30am and impossible to get a good sleep there

Enjoyable.
The pools were fantastic. The staff friendly and helpful- letting us store our bags as we had a late flight. Also directing me to Changi Village ( via bus) to purchase breakfast/ snacks.

Overall, it was still a somewhat pleasant stay but should have proper maintaineance done.
I like how spacious the room was & the view from the room. In addition, the stroll down the boardwalk was enjoyable with the beautiful view.
1) The receptionist could have been more welcoming & proactive to provide more information (e.g Wifi detailshow to get to the nearest hawker Centre since the restaurant is undergoing renovation) 2) Encore KTV rooms were all poorly managed, Room 1 has a strong loudly smell, tables were not clean & there were small cockroaches found crawling on the sofa seats. Room 2 was faulty as well & we have to head back to our room as there only 2 rooms available. 3) Staff needs to undergo proper training to familiarise with facilities on site as they were unfamiliar with they keys for the Encore KTV, do not know where the remote control for the air con placed & do not know what to do during situation where rooms are not available for use.

It was ok.
The location is good and near the beach. There is a nice pool. The room was spacious and clean.
The toilet was leaking. The stay was advertised with breakfast, but upon arrival, there we learned that there is no breakfast included. We paid for breakfast, and this was not given. The lady explained that the restaurant has permanently closed. There is a beach near, but you are able to swim here. This was not made clear when we booked.
